TERMS OF USE FOR WEBSITE AND OTHER PAGES ON SOCIAL MEDIA

The Terms of Use apply to anyone using our Sites, in particular visitors, lovers of beauty products or partners. Your access and use of our websites and our social pages (the “Sites”) are governed by these Terms of Use and you must accept them.

RATINGS AND REVIEWS; TESTIMONIALS

EPIGENEVA is delighted when you share, through feedback, your experience with our products and services. We reserve the right to adapt your testimonials for reasons of length, spelling, etc., and to publish them in emails and other communications for marketing purposes. Do not post inappropriate or offensive content on our Sites as our moderators will have to delete it. Similarly, do not use the Sites to post unwanted messages or to promote your business.

YOUR ACCOUNT

If you open a client account with us, you are responsible for ensuring that the personal data you provided is true, accurate and current. Please keep your password secret.

We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if you violate these Terms or if we decide that it would be in EPIGENEVA’s best interests to do so.

ONLINE CONTEST / PROMOTIONS

Participation is open to all persons residing in Switzerland, with the exception of employees of EPIGENEVA, its affiliates and its partners. All contests are free of charge, without obligation to purchase or order. Winners will be notified in writing. Prices are non-convertible to cash and legal recourse is excluded. The terms of the contest are governed by corresponding rules.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all text, images and additional materials on the Sites are the property of EPIGENEVA or are used with permission. No reproduction of our Sites may be sold or distributed for commercial purposes but only use for personal or editorial purposes.

You warrant that you own the rights over any submission, including suggestion or idea or have obtained permission to share. You also agree that EPIGENEVA is allowed to re-use your submission free of compensation.

 EPIGENEVA does not warrant that your use of any content displayed on the Sites will not infringe rights of third parties.

APLLICABLE LAW AND CONTACT

These Terms of Use shall be governed in accordance with Swiss law and any dispute shall be brought before the Swiss courts.
